392-11 Customer Service Manager Skill Level:
An AQF Diploma or higher qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience is required. Sometimes relevant experience is required in addition to the formal qualification.
392-11 Customer Service Manager Tasks Include:
- managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
- developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- planning and implementing after-sales services, to maintain operating performance of goods purchased and to modify and improve services rendered
