Managing the general operational activities of branches of banks, building societies, credit unions or similar financial institutions.
3211-13 Financial Institution Branch Manager Skill Level:
An AQF Diploma or higher qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience is required. Sometimes relevant experience is required in addition to the formal qualification.
3211-13 Financial Institution Branch Manager Tasks Include:
- developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the branch
- maintaining and monitoring business records and preparing financial statements and reports
- implementing displaying and promoting branch functions and business development
- dealing with customer inquiries to provide quotes and advice, and handling complaints
